I just purchased the HP 2000-36NR laptop running Windows 7. Does any one have this laptop, and what is your opinon.

I am using this instead of a tower and I am using it as my everyday computer with my monitor, keyboard etc all hooked up running all day. Has anyone had any problems with this computer overheating?

    Thanks

Too bad you didn't ask for advice before buying as HP laptops are notoriously troublesome.
Overheating is indeed a problem on them, and that usually affects the wireless adapter which ceases to work.
(This becomes apparent when the blue wireless indicator turns to amber and refuses to turn blue).
I have had personal experience of this happening on two HP laptops just after the warranties expired.

The web forums are awash with similar stories concerning HP laptops.
