I have one of those semi-clear blue lid HP 3400c scanners. So far, it's a pain...and painfully slow (USB). So much for the gripes..but problem is...I switched my home and office scanners because my scsi hp is so much faster. In the process...I got my adapters mixed up. I have 7 or 8 around the house..and I'm not sure which goes with the hp 3400c. Could someone please look at the adapter that came with their 3400c scanner and describe it to me...volts, amps..etc? Does it have HP stamped on it?

Thanx

Thanks so much for that reply! I thought that might be the one, but I figured surely it would have an HP stamp. Mine doesn't. Does yours?

nope, no hp stamp. But on the bottom of the scanner.

It tells you that it needs 12V 1.25A center conductor positve.
