I merged the two threads together.

To confirm, are you still having the offiline issue, or the printer is producing blank pages?

With regards to Printer Offline, can you confirm that you are doing this via USB?

And the printers are printing test pages / reports / using the Copy function direct on the printer and not the the computer if I remember correctly?

Remind me, do you have any other computers or devices that can connect to this printer?

Do you have an Apple device like a iPhone or iPad?

The offline message means the computer is not seeing the printer connected so I am starting to suspect that the issue is with the computer at this point.

OK, so the communication between the computer and printer is not there. To confirm, if you do a COPY and place something on the glass to scan, does that print out?

OK, disconnect the printer.

Uninstall the printer from the Printer list and the HP software from Add/Remove Apps.

Go to the search bar on the bottom and type services.msc and select Services.

Find Printer Spooler and right click and choose Stop (or click on the blue STOP link)

Once it's stopped, restart the computer and then, go back to Services and Start the Print Spooler.

Run the HP software installer and follow the prompts. Don't connect the USB cable to the computer until it tells you to.

Let us know what happens.
