It tries to pick up paper but after about 5 seconds of trying to pick up
paper the "out of paper" message appears. Always.

We cleaned the roller several times.
We turned printer off and on by unplugging it.

You appear to have a HP OfficeJet 6700 series all-in-one printer.

What is the exact model number(M/N) and product number(P/N) and serial number(S/N) on yours?

Liz provided you with a webpage link in post #3 that has an instructional video on how to deal with your "out of paper" issue.
