My HP COMPAQ Elite 8000 running window 7 suddenly extremely slow. It just occurred the last two days. I checked Sophos and there were two Quarantines but was cleaned by the system. It is still extremely slow whenever I open a window. It's taking ten time as long as it was 3 days ago. Please help with this problem.
    thanks,

What's the part/product number(P/N) on that HP Compaq 8000 Elite?

Does it have a convertible minitower or small form factor or ultra slim desktop case?

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) file.

After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.

Information about your computer will appear.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

Where's the SysInfo.exe log that I requested for that ultra slim desktop?

It provides important information that can help us determine if it's associated with the slowness issue.
