When I start it up- sometimes it gives me an error message and I can't do anything but turn it off and back on

Sometimes it starts the automatic repair and the first time, I tried factory resetting my pc but it just said something went wrong and now the option to reset my pc is gone.

The other options are: System Restore - says to restart computer and select an operating system. I don't know how.
System image recovery - gives me error code STATUS_WAIT_3(0x80070003)
Startup Repair - says couldn't repair my pc (you had one job and its literally your name )
Command Prompt - tried factory resetting my pc with cmd but it didn't work
UEFI Firmware Settings>System Info-just shows me specs
>System Diagnostics-neither tests work
>Boot Device Options-locked at EFI file
>BIOS Setup-might be useful pls tell me if it is
> System Recovery-literally just turns off my computer
Go back to previous version - Ran into a problem
HP Recovery Manager gives me a list of tests I can run but none of them do anything
Shut down my PC
PLS HELP IM DESPERATE I MISS MY GAMES AND I HAVE LIKE 6 YEARS OF WORK ON THIS LAPTOP :(

I am literally on a samsung chromebook and I dont think anybody here truly understands the feeling of being locked away in a desolate, and confined space that some call the chrome os. Its a samsung chromebook, so no android games. I've tried installing linux on it and it worked but now it says I cant connect. Please help me.......I'm going to end myself
