I have 3 pc's. One nt and 2 with xp. The HP 4050 has worked on the NT machine for the last two years. I now want to use the printer only on my faster pc with xp. The two xp machines have different bios. The slower pc (450) will print on the hp 4050, the faster (833) will not print. I've loaded the current drivers for xp and it will still not print. My other pc with xp will print, both directly linked and on my network. The pc that does not print will not work stand alone or on the network. It will print to my hp inkjet 940c. I've re-configured the Bios to no avail. Anybody got any thoughts?
