What's the exact serial number(S/N) and product number(P/N) on that "HP ENVY 23"?

Once it's correctly identified, we can help you better with finding a replacement power adapter for it.

You have a HP ENVY 23-d034 TouchSmart All-In-One Desktop PC.
It was introduced in September 2012 in the U.S.A. and came with Windows 8 64-bit.
It came with an external 150W power adapter(100V - 240V) which has 19.5V output voltage.
THIS appears to be what you need.

    You're welcome.

Without having a power adapter for that HP all-in-one, have you been able to determine if it works?

No, I'll have to hope. My friend said he bought it for his son, but his son never actually used it, so I've ordered the power cord and crossing my fingers.

I'd hate to see you spend good money on a power adapter and then find out that all-in-one doesn't work.
I'm sure you'll find out after it arrives and you connect it to and power on that all-in-one.
