Have had a HP Deskjet Printer for a little over a year now. I've had to replace the black cartridge a few times now, never the color cartridge.
As some of you might know, the cartridges are on the expensive side.
I've found a few discount sites, but they all have remanufactured/refilled cartridges.
    Has anyone used these?
    Is there a quality difference?
Will it be harmful to the printer?

If you use refilled cartridges, you are gambling. You may save a little, but there's also a (slim) chance of ruining your printer!

Printer inks are specially formulated by the printer manufacturer for the printer. The wrong ink may be too thick (and clog the nozzles) or too thin (possibly leaking). It's much safer to stay with HP cartridges for your HP printer...
