HP printer does not print from internet?

Hi

I have Vista and an HP Photosmart C4200 printer. I can print fine from Word, Excel, Open Office, etc. When I try to print a web page it will not print. It shows in the queue, but will not print. Also, for some reason I am showing two C4200 printers when I look under properties. One is marked (copy 1). Can I delete one or the other? Any help is appreciated.

Delete the Copy1 one.
