HP deskjet 3820 installed on my PC doesn't print from Toshiba laptop through wireless router. Laptop has Vista installed and the PC has Windows XP.
The laptop recognises the printer (both computers have been set to share printer) but won't print from the laptop. It will print from the PC.
Any ideas?
Tks

If your trying to print wirelessly using your laptop with a Vista OS....the printer driver might not be compatible with Vista. You need to get a printer driver that is compatible with Vista and XP. Since your using your printer on your pc and it works fine then the printer driver is only compatible with Windows XP and not with Vista. Consult the manufacturer of the printer to get the wireless printer driver that is compatible with Vista.
