I had a virus on my computer that caused my computer to crash. When I got it back my hardware and all my stuff had to be reinstalled, however my HP Photosmart C3100 printer would not install. I followed the original instaructions exactly but every time I try to install it I get a message saying HP Installer Option Plug in failed. Anybody have any ideas? Any help is appreciated.
