Last week I replaced an ink cartridge & it said it was installed incorrectly, but it still worked and i'm sure it was installed correctly, so I ignored that message. After a few days it stopped working in middle of a document. I pulled the paper out from the front, which is probably a no-no, but I did it came out very gently and smoothly. Then it said check ink and check paper. I put in another new cartridge & the error message is no longer showing. There's an old queued print job which won't delete. Also, new print jobs go in the queue but won't print. All USB connections are tight. I've tried turning off the printer hoping it would reset, also tried rebooting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,
I would try restarting in 'Safe Mode' and delete the print job. Because there is an error on that Print Job it will not allow any other queued jobs to print.
If the above does not work you would have to delete the printer and then reinstall !
