I was trying to launch my HP Total Care Advisor several times today, and every time I tried to launch it, the following error message came up:

"HP Advisor has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

After clicking on "Close" button, the HP Total Care Advisor screen along with the error message was closed, however, Windows still did not notify me of any available solution.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium, 32-bit operating system, model number a6030n. I have had this system for almost three years, and the HP Total Care Advisor was working all the time. What might be the problem that caused the HP Total Care Advisor to stop working, how to fix this problem, and what can I do to get rid off this aggravating message? I will greatly appreciate your suggestions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
