I have Zone Alarm Pro on my computer and I use "InoculateIT Personal Edition Version 5.2.9.0" which I update on a regular basis like every day or every other day.
I was then surprised to see the other day all this coming up.How do I get rid of it ?

Here is CAI's description of the exploit:

    http://www3.ca.com/Virus/Virus.asp?ID=10695

Basically it was an "attempt" to do something. The "infected" pages can simply be deleted by flushing your Temporary Internet Folder in Internet Options.

There is a patch for the exploit which you should look into.
