Ok, here is my probleum, i have a navagtion bar on the left side of the page, and a table in the middle, and when i put text in the table it gets bigger, but the left navagtion side also gets bigger, witch i do not want! Is there any way i can just have the table in the middle get bigger, and not the navgtion side, or if i could have a scroll bar, in the table this way it would not get bigger Thankz. :)

Here's the code i'm working with.

There should be no problem with the table on the left for the navigation growing if the buttons are in a nested table and aligned to the top. If you do it that way the middle table should be able to grow height wise and it will appear that the navigation will stay the same. Plop some text in the middle table so we can see what you are referring to.
