    Dear everybody,

I downloaded a port sniffer to log http requests of the sites I am visiting with my browser, I was surprised that the port sniffer (port 80) does not catch anything when I go any site through my browser. I thought the broweser communicates with webservers through port 80. How is the http request leaving the computer and how the response is passed back again? It should be throught some port!! Is there something that I am missing.

    Any explanation is highly appreciated.
    Thanks
