    HI Folks,
Here's what's happening; I've created a document in MS Word and saved two versions - One as a regular MS Word document and the other a PDF file. The hyperlinks I installed on the document work fine in the regular MS Word document, but in the saved PDF version, they do not work. The cursor stays as an arrow and does does change when placed over what should be the hyperlink. Can anybody tell me what's wrong?
    Thanks!
    The BOJWON

sometimes it's the matter of your pdf reader. some old or simple version pdf reader can't open hyperlink, update your pdf reader then try again.

    Hello Johnny,
Thank you for your reply. I think have the answer to my issue. It seems that MS Word will convert a text file to a pdf, but it does not carry the hyperlinks forward to the pdf unless you are using MS Word Professional - which, of course, I am not. I guess I'll have to go to "Plan B" on this one!

Yes MS Doc only convert text to PDF. You need a professional PDF software to add/insert link in a PDF file. There are many PDF software available on the internet that allows you to add link like Adobe Acrobat, Nitro and Foxit. If your concern is only with PDF editing and PDF conversion, then you may also try Classic PDF editor. I have used it and it is also one of the best PDF software. Thanks
