Yes but it must be mentioned that Word, Excel and various other programs are part of Office so those would be affected if Office were uninstalled.

since is is orginaly part of Windows 10.
Skype Business is not part of windows.....never has been. It is part of a MS Office Suite. Just the regular Skype App is a part of windows. These are totally two differently pieces of software.

I'm pretty sure it's bundled with 19 and 365...
Pretty sure what is bundled.....if you mean Skype for Business.....then yes.

If just skype....then no, not bundled with 19/365. That is part of windows 10.

Now, since MS has deprecated Skype for business and has moved to MS Teams......It should be in the next Office CU or a stand alone Office update.

I usually uninstall all that after a clean install but this time I didn't for what ever reason. I also get rid of all the preinstalled games and a few other apps that I'll never use.

Yes that's what I meant by saying,
But my point was that the poster may not realize that those programs I mentioned are part of Office so just saying Office won't work may not be sufficient. :)

@DBR70

What version of Office do you have?
Perhaps the reason you cannot close it is because of this:

It appears that your Office Activation is showing not valid?

Also, Skype for Business is not included in the Office Home and Student version.
