If your computer is able to load its Windows operating system and has a working internet connection, please do the following in it:

Download and save the tsginfo.exe file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your computer will appear.
Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

Typically that error indicates a corruption of the downloads.

Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter, which can be found by typing in troubleshoot in the search bar and select troubleshoot settings. Windows Update option should be the 3rd one.

You have THIS Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A-15ICB Type 90HV Model 001MUS Desktop PC.
It was purchased in November 2019 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
You should add and save this support site in your browser favorites/bookmarks list so you can quickly refer to it when needed.

You should get rid of Webroot SecureAnywhere and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app.
Windows 10 can have various issues when using a third-party antivirus app.
Windows updates failing to install is one of the common issues.

I already tried, it did nothing. I even tried running DISM and sf/scsnnow neither worked. DiSM would not complete the scan---sf/scannow ran the complete scan and said I am missing some security file and other critical files, I have ran every test I can find and it still will not update I don't know what to do now

Sorry I didn't know I was in the wrong forum, and thank you for the help.

That didn't work Frank, I've already went so far as to run DMSI and sf/scannow --DMSI would only run about 68% and said it could not find the source file. the sf/scannow woprked through the entire test

The error 0x80070002 means: ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Download setupdiag to your desktop, and run as Administrator:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/setupdiag

zip up ALL generated logs and attach here.
I'm quite busy all day until evening or tomorrow, but someone might review it and give you some hints.
