I can't enable the UPLOAD OPTION for a PHPBB2 Forum for some reason

Hi. On my phpBB2 forum, I want users to be able to upload files. I looked in the "Permissions" option in the Administration panel, yet found no "Upload" option. I only found other feature options like polls, votes, view threads, post, etc. Below is the screenshot of my problem.

If it is not a built in feature you are going to have to write another script or use some other forum software.

You need to downlaod and configure the attachment mod for uploading (if you havent already) and it only works on versions 2.0.6 to 2.0.10
