Wassup Tech Supporters?! This is my issue. Whenever I try and play a DVD (doesnt matter which application I try, wmp10,intervideodvd, ect) the movie begins to play then I get an error message and the movie stops. The error message is s follows:
(0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x1c413aa6
when I send the message to microsoft they say:
An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in A Filter (IVIVIDEO.AX). This software was created by InterVideo, Inc.
Problem Resolution
Microsoft has researched this problem with InterVideo, Inc, and they do not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported. Below is a list of recommendations to take that may help prevent the problem from recurring.
Contact InterVideo, Inc for support or product updates.
Intervideo is no help at all. Does anyone have any recommendations?
