Solved I can't seem to factory reset my computer

I looked online and tried to do what it said but when I did it said it's not able to factory reset. Could someone maybe walk me through it?

Do you think it may be of help if we knew what the make and full model of your computer is and what OS it came with as new
If for instance that was 8.1 and you upgraded to 10 then a factory reset is going back to whatever OS was installed when sold
Brevity is Ok but not to the extent of insufficient detail to assist you
