I Download an Image and Get a Header File

Antivirus: COMODO Antivirus, Enabled and Updated

I download an image (See attached "temp-example.odt") into my pictures library and I get a header for jpegs (See attached "temp-example1.odt"). How do I fix this? (My attachments were unavailable for upload.)

Don't post odt files, we don't want macro viruses. Just upload the 'header' file that you received.
