I feel dumb

    I lost both upper and lower toolbars, I can make the upper one appear by hovering over the top but I need the lower one for the time stamp.............tks

    all I can tell you is that, usually the upper and lower taskbars are visible but for some reason I only see the lower one when I go to my desktop and the upper when I hover around the top of the screen.........tks anyway.
