Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 60 Stepping 3
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 8108 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600, 1024 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 907 GB (131 GB Free);
Motherboard: Dell Inc., 088DT1
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Disabled

I recently noticed that my computer has bbeen receiving slower internet speeds than others in my household. Others get 114 mbps while I sit on a 48. I find this really strange because my PC is right next to the router while their laptop is a room away.

Ethernet, Wi-Fi or both?

Do you have the latest network driver(s) from Dell's web site?

You appear to have a Dell Inspiron 3847 desktop which fully supports Windows 10 64-bit.
What's the exact "service tag" number and "express service code" number on yours?

It appears to have these networking devices:
Realtek RTLRTL8111G/RTL8151GD-CG/RTL8111F Gigabit Ethernet
Dell Wireless 1704/1708

You have THIS Dell Inspiron 3847 desktop.
It shipped in October 2014 in the U.S.A. and came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
It appears it was upgraded to Windows 10 Home 64-bit in April 2016.

It appears it has these networking devices:
Dell Wireless 1705 / Qualcomm QCA9565 Wi-Fi
Realtek RTL8111G Gigabit Ethernet

These are its listed Windows 10 64-bit drivers:
Version 10.0.0.349, dated February 2017 - wireless
Version 10.1.505.2015, date July 2015 - ethernet
(Note: The Realtek site has a newer ethernet version 10.19.627.2017)
