So, I turn off my computer right?
I turn it back on and find that it has some stuff called "Windows XP is starting up..." which barely ever happens and only happens on my extra old computer. So that took like 5 minutes (probably caused by a trojan).

THEN: I find that both my Admin and Guest account are password-locked. I tried to open the Admin account (which had a blank password) and it says "Logon Message: Unable to log you on because the account is restricted" or something. So it sends me back to the Logon Screen, and the Guest is also blank-passworded. So in the Guest account, I try to System Restore and it says "It is not able to protect my computer. Please restart and try again." Which I did, with nothing happening.
