    Anyone Out There,

I am having a problem with HACKERS on my computer, also when i shut me computer down it tells me that if i continue to shut down the other people on my computer with be interupted, Why are there other users on my computer. I also found out that they sign in under GUEST, and when they are on my computer it acts really funny, slow, and it won't let me do things like sign on to my internet service. I need some good advice on how i get these HACKERS out!!!!!! Please email me if you know how to help.

    Welcome to TSG!

Please do this. Go here http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and download Hijack This. Un Zip it and click on the Hijackthis.exe.

Click the "Scan" button when the scan is finished the scan button will become "Save Log" click that and save the log.

Go to where you saved the log and click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" then Paste the log back here in a reply.

Do NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless. Someone here will be glad to advise you on what to fix.
