Hi there! I have 15 trojan viruses in my temp files. I can not put them in the virus vault because they are temp files. I have a PC (toshiba) and Windows ME and using AVG for viruses. I have talked you guys in the past and so I believe I have hijack this on my computer, if you could tell me where it may be located (I forget). Thanks!

No need to get the old copy, by now it would be out of date:

    http://tools.radiosplace.com/HijackThis.exe

Post a log with that newer one above. Make sure you CREATE a new folder, simply right click empty spot on your desktop> select New>then Folder>type over anything in dark blue and rename the folder HJT. Download new hijackthis.exe to that folder, run it from there too.

The rest you know> copy and paste the saved log into a reply here in your thread!

If they are temp files they can simply be deleted, we will probably be able to see what else might be affecting your computer from HJT log.
