hi. i transferred pictures from my camera to the desktop. i shut down the computer then the next time i turned it on, i can't find the folder on the desktop anymore. how do you think can i recover the pictures? the pictures were already deleted on the camera so there's no more way to get those pictures again.

i once installed mozilla firefox then the next time i turned on the computer, even that was lost. please help me solve my problem

You didn't say what your OS was .. XP, Vista or W7 ??

On rare occasions, I may have a desktop file disappear .. It's really still there, I just can't see it.
Look in you Users >> Desktop folder .. And see if you can see it there.
