i ned help/to many processes or spyware

    :confused: HELLO i have 36 processes runing after a reboot i am runing xp and use ad-aware 6 +spybot to delit spyware ,but i dont know what to do next. i try to go on msconfig start up but it's not changing non.i just what my pc to run beter for my games

    Go to www.blackviper.com and follow his advice for settings on services. Set them as they are in the "Safe" column on his site for your version of XP.

    you don't seem to have any processes that shout 'kill me now' to me I wouldn't be too concerened you probably just have a slow computer or are getting lagged out (if playing network /internet games)
