Hello,
I'm using Windows 7 and all my files have been encrypted( but i ahve fullfcontrol over my pc )and all files have been to xxxx(lopam@protonmail.com).bip
file ,xxx refers to the file name..
btw I want to know what's that ransomware name and if it is safe to keep my backup on my pc and how to keep my backup now safe on pc without getting emcrencry again and again..
and if there is any rhing i can do to decrypt the encrypted files

first go to https://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com/index.php
upload any ransom note and / or a copy of an encrypted file. then it will tell you whjat ransomware it is & whether it can ( at this time) normally be decrypted.

As far I know that naming convention is normally Dharma ransomware and most versions of that cannot be decrypted
