Try Start > Run > clipbrd > Enter.

clipbrd.exe is the clipboard viewer. Wondering why you want it, but to answer the question...

On my m/c it is in C:\WINDOWS\LastGood\System32

Running it by the Start>Run won't work as the C:\Windows\LastGood\System32 path is not in the standard path environment.

If it is in the above directory on your machine, best to create a shortcut (right click on the icon, Create Shortcut).

The reason I asked is that in the newer Microsoft Office, you get the Clipboard taskbar on the right.

Works fine for me. I think Start > Run is generally pretty good at finding MS apps wherever the exe is actually located (stuff like clipbrd is usually in c:\windows\system(32), so I don't know how LastGood got involved on yours ). Either way, I'm not in the habit of making suggestions about things I'm not 100% sure of myself without trying them out first. :)
