I need help here... DUMP crash bluescreen

    i get this error code while i was using my laptop to doing some entertainment

    any idea??? i just bought this laptop 3 days ago only!!!!!:(:(

    start. my computer. windows. mini dumps copy paste them back

    laptop specs ?

    your code relates to faulty RAM

    that mean is because of RAM? ==? but i didn't add any new RAM to it

    Asus G72GX-RBBX05
    CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 / 2.53 GHz
    RAM:6GB
    HDD:500GB 5400RPM
    Graphic:GTX260m

    well it has new ram in it , faulty ram is very common

    do a ram test it will take hours though

    start type windows memory diagnostic run the full test not basic one ( you get the options come up when it reboots)

    leave it to run as i said it will take 12 hours or more there is nothing else you can do for now

    hey guys. im also having blue screen on my computer when i shut down or restart it. not all the time, but i think 6 times already. my computer is kinda new. so im not really sure if the hardware is to blame. im getting the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in Windows 7 32-bit. anybody knows how to fix this?

    my computer specs are ECS G41T-M6, Core 2 Duo E7500, GeForce GT240, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.
    i already memtested my computer for about 3hrs. didnt get any errors. i also changed my previous video card (HD 5550) to GT240. im still experiencing blue screen unexpectedly.
