Solved I need help to find parts

At the very least it looks like you need memory and a hard drive.

I can't make out the model number of the motherboard. What does it say under the word Gigabyte.

The turning off/on maybe due to having no memory. If it was just the hard drive missing it will stay up.

For the memory, you will need at least 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR3L-1600 UDIMM. You can have a maximum of 32GB (2x 16GB kits) but you should always do it in pairs (2 kits) and try to use the same memory. The other information you may need: DDR3 PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1600 • 1.35V • 1024Meg x 64 •

As to hard drives, you can use any SATA hard drives (SSD's are more preferable for speed and reliability) that show they are 6Gb/s or 3Gb/s. You will need to get the sata cable also.
