I Need Help.. With Connection Issues

    Hello Guys,

    This is the first time I post here.. and Im already desperate with this lovely pc of mine... hope you can help...


    Well first of all I keep having problems getting a conection to the net.. i get to the part where it verifys my password and it disconects, it gives the "disconected from remote computer" well.. finallly I get connected (after 3 or 4 times) and I try to open a web page and it gives a : "connection reset by peer" message

    When I had that first probem of connecting I called MSN and they told me it was my modem, I bought an external one, and I keep having the same problem..

    About my second prob. they told me I had spyware, so I did a system restore, and I STILL keep getting that same message..
