As you can probably tell I've been going a little mad with spyware removal stuff :p but to no avail. The main problem is with pop ups from adsrvr.com and I can not find it anywhere. Anyway I'd be really greatful for some help.

    Welcome to TSG, Hev1

    You weren't kidding;)

Restart Hijackthis and check the following:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O1 - Hosts: 207.44.240.65 rad.msn.com
    O1 - Hosts: 216.93.174.28 view.atdmt.com
    O1 - Hosts: 216.93.174.28 ad.doubleclick.net
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0AAF602E-72A1-45FE-BAB1-06971E07EAA2} - (no file)
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

    Click Fix checked

    Open BHOdemon and re-instate

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ycomp5_0_2_7.dll (disabled by BHODemon)
    {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Reader\ActiveX\AcroIEHelper.ocx (disabled by BHODemon)
as these are both legitimate, one is Yahoo, the other Adobe Acrobat

Go to Start | Search | For Files and folders
    Type in Bhodemon.exe
    When you find it,
    Double click it to open

BHO's are listed 0 onwards, You should see AcroIEHelper.dll with a red X by the side, double click on it and put a check mark against enabled

    Do the same for ycomp5_0_2_7.dll
