Basically, the virus took control of the whole system. I cannot access the Registry Editor nor via the Start>Run>regedit, the Run option disappeared along with my hard-drive folder. The pc has a firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware that the virus took control of. It also keeps trying to connect online without permission which I already removed the internet cable. Whenever, I perform a scan that scan does not go all the way through, the computer automatically reboots during the scanning and the virus remains.
I need help figuring how to solve this problem.

I have a Windows XP, Pentium D, 2 GB of RAM, and over 50 GB of hard-drive space.

    I really appreciate your help.
