In order to understand better what we are dealing with here, please download and run the TSG System Information Utility on the affected PC, and then post the results back to this thread.
No, it doesn't say the wireless driver has been uninstalled. Your screenshot shows that the ethernet port is not detecting a cable. Is anything plugged into the ethernet port? If so, what is the other end of the ethernet cable plugged into?
Look at the Device Manager under network Network Adapters and also under Unknown/Other Devices to see whether you have a rouge adapter. There you should be able to determine which, if any, WiFi adapter you have and download the drivers for it.
Obviously none of us here can know what type of system and which components you have.
