Wow, no reply in... one minute? You need some patience. (Also, it would help to check your spelling and punctuation. )

You can use any program to design t-shirts, depending on how you intend to get the design to the actual shirt (iron-on vs professional printing vs online printing). I know of some people who have used Publisher or even Word, but I prefer CorelDraw. Be sure to check out www.cafepress.com, too.

agreed... any program will do. My wife uses Photoshop for hers, then prints to a color printer with iron-on sheets.
