It would help if you were to tell us what email program on what OS that you have this issue with?

Is that outlook that comes with Office office or the Outlook.com?
If Office Outlook, are you using pop or imap type?

OS= Operating System i.e. Windows and what version?

We do not have the ability to do a remote session, nor is it allowed.

You can do a screenshot and post it here.

I should have been more specific, and ask for specific areas without any personal info. I have removed the image to prevent anyone taking your email as well as one other email in there and trying to spam.

I assume this is a work account? If so, then you would want to talk to the IT person or the administrator of the email service. The account is also from what I can tell it's an Microsoft / Outlook account. If so, then if the email administrator doesn't know how to, then they or you can contact Microsoft to assist in retrieving it. I believe they can do as I think the folder is not permanently gone from the servers until a certain amount of days.
