I tried to remove Onedrive from my Windows 10 desktop PC so that I could reinstall it to solve an issue with OD. I don't know if I paused it, deleted it or whatever but my OD folder no longer has a blue cloud, it has a small rectangle with a blue box inside.(copy attached) . I did not follow the "Unlink" procedure. In order to setup a OD account I need to access the "Settings" box which would enable me to "Add an Account" but I there is no Settings box available because there is no cloud.

Hi, the link from dckeks may help with the reinstall, however the information regarding removing one drive is woefully inadequate, it is missing some seven steps, worst it keeps the one drive automatic updater active, this will cause you issues and must be disabled. I wish these amateurs would not put up web pages on subjects they clearly do not understand. And since it is obvious they have copied the info, probably, second hand they missed the full details. ( not a reflection on dckeks, how is he to know this site is bogus).

Sorry for the delayed reply. It worked, I didn't know that OD install file was buried there. I also didn't know that rectangular icon in place of the blue cloud meant the OD was not installed.
Thanks, I should have posted this question sooner, It would have saved me a lot of time spinning my wheels.
