How do I switch back to administrator account on my personal computer

I was trying to fix something and switched from admin to limited account now I cant switch back. What the heck did I do and how do I get back to undo it?

    Windows XP home edition

When I go into user accounts all I get is pick a task and learn about.

    dang now what?

Try booting to Safe Mode ( start tapping the F8 key while booting ) this should show the Admin account...

Then just go in and change your rights...
