safe for my desktop and notebook to use for cleaning my keyboards.. I bought it last week, but I havent use it yet due to it says there at the back panel of instruction that it may cause some discoloration to the plastics.. if use? what should i Do?also what's the best product i can use to clean my notebook's screen?

The discoloration warning would be my first clue not to use it. Use some canned air to get all the dust and food particles out ot the keyboards and a stiff brush (someone here suggested a pastry bush) to dislodge the tough bits. If the keys and other parts are dirty just use some window cleaner sprayed onto a paper towel, never spray directly onto the surface being cleaned.
