I believe that you will need to contact YouTube and explain the situation to them.
They MAY be willing to help, but a third party (outsider) like yourself won't be able to remove it.
Anything uploaded to YouTube usually becomes the property of YouTube, like a gift.

Yup, you are going to need to contact youtube for that one. Nothing we can do to assist here.

Well if the video is spam or abuses the system you can easily report it to youtube and they will take action. That's the only option you have as you cannot directly delete a video uploaded by someone else.

Just below the bottom-right corner of a video is a little button that looks like a flag... click that to mark the video as "inappropriate" and the staff will check it out, and remove it if necessary.

That will depend on the number of other viewers that have viewed it compared to the numbers that don't like it or considers it inappropriate.
One person alone reporting? Don't see that happening.
Provide a link and we can see what you are referring to.

Yes, flagging a video doesn't not necessarily guarantee it will be removed... it only flags it for YouTube staff to inspect. They'll be the ones making the determination on whether to remove it, or whether it violates to Terms Of Service.
