Ok so here's the story. I buy a Sony Vaio at the time it would of been 11.9 months ago. My laptop decides to break on me a week before my warranty expired. I had to fight with sony to get them to agree to look at it with my warranty in-tact. Took me over a month of fighting, well. I finally sent it to them to get it fixed, after learning that the Nvidia card my laptop had was bad, and Nvidia paid out millions of dollars so companies like Sony could replace it. Well, they said that dirt, and dust is why my Laptop failed and said that my warranty doesn't cover it because it's "Accidental damage." I did. They said 699.99$ and they would repair it. I said, f that. They returned it to me.

Well, in hopes someone would want a PC that ran fine other then you can't run Games on it that used the Graphics I put it back together (My brother is a Microsoft tech and he took a look at it for me, and said no go.) I cleaned it up a bit, and decided to turn it on.. and BOOM the computer worked! The graphics card works, everything works on it.

Take that Sony you POS! I won't pay you anymore for this crap. You should pay me for having it in my home. (It cost me 1400$ for the laptop brand new. No way I was going to pay them anymore.)

Aaahh.. I had to tell someone. Theres a ton more to this story but I want you guys to actually read some of it :p

Oh and I should add, they sent it back to me and for some reason deleted my recovery partition. I asked for help they say "Order the restore CD from blah blah" another 20$... Wtf is wrong with sony? I'm NEVER buying a Sony computer product ever again, or any other sony product if I can't help it.

Welcome to TSG, Michelle!
What is the point in telling all that?
I would have thought that it was obvious why she told all that, its so people know what, or in this case, what not support they might expect from certain suppliers....

Welcome to TSG Michelle, and thanks for the story .....
