PC in my network took a dive Friday. User came in to find the screen saver locked in place on the monitor. I tried CTL-ALT-DEL, nothing. So I did a manual power down (holding power for 10 seconds). Powered the PC back on, now it won't "boot". The power comes on, I can feel the vibration on the harddrive, so I know that's got power, the network port flashes, no beeps, no communication to the monitor (yellow light, not green), no display. I have tried to replace the video card with an AGP replacement, and also tried a known working PCI card from another PC - neither changed anything. I have tried to remove power and the battery to reset CMOS - no change. I have reseated everything, tried to remove memory cards, etc. - no change. The hard drive is good - I put it in another PC and was able to move the data to another drive with no problems. It's just not getting anywhere. Is this a dead mobo or proc?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Here's my config,

IBM Intellistation E Pro
P4 1.6GHz
392MB
40GB
CD-R
FDD
