How Do I make the Text Sizing Different on the minimized area on the taskbar? Mine used to be much larger {Normal Size}, now it is very small?

It is much smaller than NORMAL, can I adjust this text size without Magnifying the whole screen?

You need to go to the Control panel / display / appearance / advanced (button) and then look at the various options for font sizes in the various message boxes, toolbars etc.

Control Panel>Display>Advanced>Change DPI Settings to normal
    which should be 96dpi.
