    I have Outlook 2000
Is there a way to set up separate logins (like the Manage Indentities in Outlook Express) so that multiple users can't see each other's messages when the program starts?

Or am I stuck with Outlook Express for multiple users?

    thank you

    Add an Outlook e-mail profile
see if that will do the job

    thank you :)

It is Windows XP Home Edition
    And I tried that.
I have three separate XP user accounts, all with restricted access (only Admin has full rights)
I have set up the individual email accounts/profiles on the individual user accounts
    - even though the default "send" is different and working as expected, all three users have access the the delivered mail.
I have tried Help to no avail. (it only tells me how to set up/add different accounts which I knew how to do)
No matter what I do in XP account settings and within Outlook all three separate logins to XP can see the delivered mail and folders.

I have logged in to each XP account and tested sending and receiving, and when I go log off and log on to another user, they can indeed see it all.

I am not sure if I am missing something?

    Yes
Our ISP provides for five emai accounts, and I have assigned one to each family member

On login XP USER1, I have only [email protected] in the POP setting (no other account) and the ISP directed SMTP

On login XP USER2, I have only [email protected], in the POP setting and the ISP directed SMTP

etc for all of the accounts.

but when I open any of the email accounts - everything is there for everyone to see

    ?
