You MAY not be able to change the processor
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-probook-4530s-notebook-pc/5060880/document/c02794658

on that model there is a chance the CPU is what is known as Ball Grid Array
https://ark.intel.com/products/53452/Intel-Core-i5-2450M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz
if that is the case it cannot be changed as it is soldered to the board

however the processor you have and others fitted to that model also used socket
PPGA988
in which case it can be changed

The spec shows the SLIGHTLY better performance processors fitted to the model but the gain will be minimal

Re my last it appears to me that your model has the actual socket and therefore the processor can be changed
HOWEVER are you aware of what is entailed in this it is a major dismantling job and indeed as mentioned the only processors you could upgrade to will not offer any real performance increase

for your assistance the maintenance and service manual
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03054480

page 97 onwards
